The following photos were taken on one day a couple of weeks ago north of Kalutara in Sri Lanka. They show images from some of the temporary informal camps that people have been forced
to set up because their homes were lost, demolished, swept away by the tsunami.

We're going to also show you some pictures of that damage - what little was left when the sea retreated. Balancing that, we've got some pictures of the first of the houses we're trying
to get built there. It's nothing fancy, but it'll be home to a family when it's done.
Then we'll start on the next one, and the next one...

Lastly, we'll take you back to another camp and show you what it's like at sundown.
The last photo... that's why we need to do this.
