Well, we're keeping it VERY simple: 1 : We raise and collect money, in (hopefully) interesting and attractive ways to our donors. 2 : At the end of each month, we send ALL of the money we've received that month to the village. 3 : One of the village heads, who's organising rebuilding, buys building supplies. 4 : Volunteers from the village use the supplies to build houses. ALL the money goes on supplies. THIS IS ALL DONE WITHOUT ANYONE BEING PAID. NOTHING IS SLICED OFF FOR "ADMINISTRATION". EVEN THE BANKS HAVE GENEROUSLY WAIVED THEIR FEES.
